3. Website Use

You may use our Site for lawful purposes only.
You may not:

Violate any laws

Attempt unauthorized access

Harm the security or performance of the Site

Infringe intellectual property rights

Disrupt or abuse the Site in any way

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations.

4. Microsoft Clarity Integration (Website Analytics)

5. SaaS Account Responsibilities

For BRE, SRS, and any related software:

You agree to:

Keep login credentials secure

Ensure only authorized users access your account

Maintain compliance with all associated third-party services

Use our systems ethically and lawfully

You may not:

Publish or request fake reviews

Attempt to manipulate Google’s review ecosystem

Share accounts externally

Scrape, duplicate, or reverse engineer our software

Spam contacts or violate email/SMS rules

Sell or sublicense access to any part of our systems

6. Pricing & Payment Terms

We may offer:

One-time setup fees

Recurring subscription fees

Usage fees

Platform-based discounts (including Deal Studio member pricing)

You authorize recurring charges until canceled.
All fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.

We may adjust pricing with reasonable notice.

7. No Free Trial

Because our products require custom installation, workflow configuration, and integration, free trials are not offered.

8. Data Collection & Privacy

We collect and process data necessary to:

Deliver the BRE and SRS systems

Power email/SMS workflows

Provide reputation monitoring and review gating

Improve performance

Maintain compliance

Operate the Site

This may include contact information, analytics data, and workflow usage.

Break Google’s review policies

Harass, threaten, or harm any user

Use the system to deceive buyers or sellers

Engage in fraudulent or unethical practices

Misuse SMS or email for spam

Attempt to bypass our systems or protections

Violation may result in immediate termination.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate:

Accounts in violation of these Terms

Users who abuse the system

Accounts with unpaid balances

Accounts requiring legal compliance actions

All fees paid prior to termination are non-refundable.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Site and SaaS products are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee:

Specific review counts

Specific Google ranking improvements

Listing opportunities

Referral volume

Platform uptime

SEO results

Performance of third-party integrations

Results depend on market conditions and user behavior.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Success Strategy By Design, LLC is not liable for:

Lost revenue

Lost listings

Lost profits

Indirect or consequential damages

Business interruption

Loss of data

Our maximum liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 12 months.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against claims arising from:

Your misuse of our services

Your violation of these Terms

Your violation of laws or regulations

Your actions toward contacts or clients
